Degree in Law obtained at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy) with a thesis in Community Commercial Law (Jean Monnet Chair) entitled: "The Community trade mark in the evolution of the trademark law discipline of the international trade mark".
Degree in Law obtained at U.C.A.M. Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (Spain).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES:
After having carried out the lawyer practice in well know citizen law firm, he has extensive experience in the field of industrial and intellectual property collaborating for several years with one of the leading consulting firms in Italy for industrial and intellectual property.
In particular with respect to trademarks and designs. On 2009 he began his collaboration with a citizen law firm, Studio Legale Ciapetti & Partners, mainly dealing of industrial and intellectual property. On 2012 he founded the STUDIO LEGALE GIANELLI - IP Law Firm, a specialized law firm in intellectual and industrial property. For over ten years it is mainly engaged in industrial and intellectual property. He has a deep knowledge of trade marks and unfair competition in Italian and international level, with particular reference to the European Community).
